AFC mourns the passing ‘Mike’ Singh
The Alliance For Change (AFC) has joined Guyana and the cricketing world to mourn the sudden passing of Lakeram ‘Mike’ Singh, the owner of the popular Mike’s Pharmacy.
Mr Singh reportedly tragically passed away in Florida on Thursday while participating in cricketing activities.
The businessman was a true ambassador of Guyana who pursued his love of cricket especially by investing time and his money to sponsor and participate in softball cricketing competitions.
Mr. Singh represents the spirit of Guyanese and was a proud ambassador who willingly extended his ear and time to all who came knocking. His contribution to the medical arena is one that will stay with us forever.
The AFC is deeply saddened and extends condolences to his family, workers and loved ones and the cricketing world.
We have indeed lost a true son of the soil
