Here is a photo of the children from the secondary school at St Ignatius, Rupununi, who the AFC dined at the Diocesan Youth Centre, and who we managed to take on a tour of the Pegasus Hotel. They were most delighted to be there that evening. For this guided tour around the hotel the entire set was diveded into two groups. This is a photo of one group in the Savannah Suite. The children later were given 14 copies of Obama’s “The Audacity of Hope” by Khemraj Ramjattan. The books were from the remaining copies generously donated by Professor Shamir Ally.
