THE ALLIANCE FOR CHANGE MEETS WITH THE EQUALITY AND JUSTICE PARTY

 The Alliance For Change this afternoon met with the Equality and Justice Party as part of the AFC’s ongoing “Listening and Groundings” sessions with representatives of political parties and key stakeholders.

The Alliance For Change Leader Mr. C. A. Nigel Hughes and Leader of the Equality and Justice Party Mr. Jaipaul Sharma discussed matters of mutual interest including economic issues and  shared concerns on the heavy burden the current high cost of living is placing on the citizens of Guyana. Other social challenges facing the nation were also raised and of deep concern.

Also participating in the fruitful discussions were the Chairman of the AFC Mr. David Patterson, General Secretary Mr. Raphael Trotman and executive member Ms. Dianna Rajkumar. 

The parties look forward to possible future collaborations.
