PRESS RELEASE<\/strong> As we commemorate CARICOM Day on July 7, the Alliance For Change joins the people of Guyana and our Caribbean brothers and sisters in celebrating a bold vision that continues to shape our collective future.<\/p>\n From its inception, Guyana has played an integral role in the formation of the Caribbean Community \u2014 not only as a founding member, but also as the proud host of the CARICOM Secretariat, a symbol of our commitment to regional integration, cooperation, and shared progress.<\/p>\n As we reflect on this legacy, we are reminded that unity is strength. In an increasingly complex and competitive global landscape, our ability to speak with one voice, act with shared purpose, and pool our resources and ideas is more vital than ever.<\/p>\n The Alliance For Change envisions a Community where trade flows freely, youth are empowered across borders, climate resilience is championed collectively, and democratic values are fiercely upheld.<\/p>\n As we mark this day, we renew our commitment to strengthening the bonds of regional solidarity, advancing economic cooperation, and ensuring that every Caribbean citizen \u2014 from the Rupununi to the Windwards \u2014 has a stake in and benefit from our integration journey.
