This is an excellent article for the AFC to review, we know that the level of corruption under the Jagdeo administration has been at an all time high, since Guyana and Norway sign an agreement to access funds for the LCDS here is an excellent opportunity for the AFC to take their case to the Norwegian the same way the AFC did when it met with officials from the US Department of State.
While I am aware that the AFC did support the LCDS the point here is the level of corruption (and secrecy) that the PPP has been involved with regards to awarding the contract to FIP to build the access road for the Amalia Falls Hydro project. Guyanese are not against the building of a hydro project per se, its simply the corrupt approach that the PPP has been engaged in when it comes to awarding contracts to their cronies.
